Description

Sourced from the dense forests of the Southeastern United States, our Southern Yellow Pine lumber is valued for its strength and durability. As one of the strongest softwoods, it performs well in load-bearing applications such as roof and floor trusses, laminated beams, joists and rafters. It can also be pressure-treated for enhanced resistance to decay and termites, making it a solid choice for decks, patios and other outdoor projects.

With its distinctive grain and warm, golden tone, SYP is used in both structural and decorative applications. Easy to machine and fasten, it’s a versatile, dependable option for residential, commercial and industrial use.
