To help ensure an environment that is free of discrimination, bullying and harassment, we provide respectful workplace training, including human rights topics, for employees across our North American operations. Our compensation design practices are regularly reviewed for fairness and competitiveness, and we comply with all applicable labour and freedom of association laws and collective agreements. Canfor also has robust privacy and data protection policies, procedures and practices in place.
