How to use this hotline.

Use this hotline when other reporting avenues (such as your supervisor, manager, or HR manager) have been unsuccessful or if you are uncomfortable and fear retaliation. For other issues such as operational matters and workplace grievances please inform a supervisor, mill manager, or Human Resources. For Canfor employees based in Canada, you may also contact your union representatives.

We encourage you to speak up about a problem so we can address the issue immediately and ensure a fair and enjoyable workplace for everyone.


What to expect.

Reports to these hotlines are investigated promptly and confidentially. If call back information or an email is provided, you will hear from the appropriate director within 72 hours.

All reports are investigated and confidentially documented. You can report anonymously, but we encourage you to leave your contact details in case we need to follow up for more information to investigate.
