Canfor is proud to have supported the construction of the PAFN’s new Centre of Excellence, now open in Richmond, BC.
The Pacific Autism Family Network (PAFN) officially opened the doors of its new Centre of Excellence late last year and Canfor is proud to have helped make this one-of-a-kind Centre a reality. Canfor donated $50,000 of lumber to help build the new facility in Richmond, BC that now provides much-needed support to families across B.C. who are impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
We were pleased to tour the stunning and modern facility that is sure to make a positive impact province-wide. It was also great to see our lumber visible in some parts of the building such as on the ceilings.
The Centre will function as the hub and will be supplemented by eight spokes located throughout the province. Together, PAFC’s services will reach communities throughout the province including many in which Canfor operations are located.
Congratulations to the PAFN on the official opening of your Centre of Excellence and we look forward to families throughout B.C. benefiting from its programs and services.
